What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Complete San Carlos Concrete collects when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in San Carlos, CA, and this applies to every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages.
By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to the practices described here. If you have a question that this page doesn't answer, our contact page is the quickest way to reach us.
Information you give us
We collect what you choose to send us when you fill out our estimate form, call (650) 866-1977 or email us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the work, such as a driveway, patio or slab you want replaced.
If you send photos of cracks, sinking or pooling water, we keep those with your request so we can prepare for the visit. Our contact form is run by an outside form service, which receives what you type and passes it to us.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, ours may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and basic analytics tools. These record things like which pages were visited, how long people stayed, the type of device and browser used, and the general area a visit came from.
We use this to see which pages help people and which ones need work. It isn't used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and sending a request.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your request, schedule an on-site estimate, write up a quote, do the work you hire us for, and follow up afterward if something needs attention.
We may also use it to keep records of the jobs we've done, handle billing, and meet legal or tax requirements. We don't send marketing lists your way unless you ask to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when it's needed to do the job or run the business, such as with the service that handles our contact form, our website and analytics providers, a supplier delivering materials to your address, or a permit office when a project calls for one.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers. Anyone we share with is expected to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work, and meet tax and legal record-keeping rules. If you asked for an estimate and didn't go ahead, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, then delete them.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record for a legal, tax or warranty reason, and if so we'll tell you why.
If you live in California, state law may give you added rights over your personal information, including the right to know what's collected and to ask that it be deleted. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we limit access to the people who need it to run your job. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial details through the contact form.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version will always be on this page, so check back if you want to see how we handle your information.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question or concern about your information, call us at (650) 866-1977, email us, or send a note through our contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll reply within 1 business day.
You can learn more about who we are on our About page.
